After receiving my General Psychiatry degree from Mount Sinai Beth Israel, I trained in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Miami. While at Miami, I helped grow its Perinatal Psychiatry Clinic as well as work with the OBGYN Department on patient care & research in women's heath. I also worked as a psychiatrist at The Motherhood Center of New York treating pregnant and postpartum people in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings. I have received additional education in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I am a native speaker of both Spanish & English.
